At Wurzbach Farms, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality agricultural services and products. We understand that sometimes a service or product may not meet your expectations or needs. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

30-Day Refund Policy

Wurzbach Farms, Inc. offers a 30-day refund policy for most products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Products

For physical products:

  • • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • • Products must be unused and undamaged
  • • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
  • • Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%

Services

For consulting and other services:

  • • Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • • Services that have already been performed may be eligible for partial refunds
  • • Cancellation of ongoing service contracts requires 30 days written notice
  • • Deposits for custom services may be non-refundable if work has already begun

Equipment Rentals

For equipment rentals:

  • • Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled rental: Full refund
  • • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled rental: 50% refund
  • • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled rental: No refund
  • • Early returns of equipment do not qualify for partial refunds

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • • Custom-formulated agricultural products
  • • Opened software or digital products
  • • Gift certificates
  • • Shipping and handling fees
  • • Services already fully performed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your name, purchase date, and receipt number
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. For products, our team will provide return instructions
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products of equal value if you received a defective item or if we made an error in your order. Exchanges must be requested within the same 30-day period as refunds. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
